Founded in 1937, Industrial Employers and Distributors Association (IEDA) has spent more than 85 years representing employers in labor relations. Originally focused on unionized private-sector manufacturers, IEDA now serves a diverse membership that includes public agencies, nonprofit organizations, cooperatives, and private employers throughout Northern California.
